The Supreme Student Government of the Senior High School Department of St. Vincent's College Inc., imploring the aid of Almighty God, we are called to serve a community of Vincentians, fully aware of our duties and responsibilities to God, to San Vicente Ferrer, to the school, as well as to our Oath of Office. We hereby promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws as a declaration of our full service to bring camaraderie among all members of the campus, to protect and defend our rights as student leaders, to preserve the image of the school and our fellow Vincentians, and to uphold our duties by deterring future inconsistencies.
